- I will be away from the surgery from Monday 10th March 2008, returning on Monday 17th March 2008 in order to go tramping at Arthur's Pass. The surgery will be closed during this time.
- If you will need a repeat of regular medication during that time, contact the surgery well before then.
- During the 4 "working days" the practice is closed, only urgent medical attention that cannot await my return will be covered (ring the surgery for advice or Ruanui Health Centre (06) 2781310 or 2788824), while after-hours and on weekends and for serious emergencies you should contact the Emergency Department at Hawera Hospital - phone (06) 2789933. Maternity patients needing urgent attention contact the Maternity Unit - phone (06) 2789911.
